401 Hampton Lane Park – Grant Award Key Biscayne 2019

According to the Key Biscayne Community Foundation, “The 401 Hampton Lane Park became a reality in February of 2016 when the Village of Key Biscayne purchased the land for $2,090,000. Thanks to the Village Council, the Simon Family and a group of volunteers, this corner lot was transformed into a beautiful, peaceful park with an abundance of native foliage, Bocce Ball court, and a hurricane proof pergola. In this video, the Village receives a grant for $828,000 from the Department of Environmental Protection. Presented by State Sen. Jose Rodriguez and State Rep. Nicholas Duran.”
